Appeal from a judgment of the district court. This is an action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff as a result of an auto-truck collision on March
15, 1955, with defendant on U.S. Highway No. 212 about 4 miles west of Chaska in Carver County. Defendant admitted liability
and the trial was solely on the issue of damages. A verdict was returned for plaintiff in the sum of $8,500. The trial court
thereafter denied defendant's motion for a new trial.
