FACTS. - Gagons car was damaged when debris on the road struck the underside of his car. Noting some body damage but seeing no oil, he restarted the car and drove about three miles until his car stalled. His oil pump was broken and the car damaged due to lack of lubrication. He filed a claim with State Farm, but State Farm refused to pay for the lack of lubrication.
